As a family lawyer he gives advice and defends the opposing interests of his clients in all family procedures, whether they be divorces, legal separations, modifications to complaint measures for failure to fulfil or others. He has a proven experience before the Law Courts.

Since graduating from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) in 2013, having also studied at the University of Paris XII, he has worked as a lawyer in several law firms in the fields of civil, commercial, corporate and procedural law. He holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the UPF and a Postgraduate Degree in Diplomatic and Consular Law from the Bar Association of Barcelona, as well as specialized courses in real estate law and urban leases

She joined Domenech Delsors Law Firm in 1999. Her professional experience has always been linked to the area of civil liability. Her experience as a junior lawyer in Balaguer Oliveros, a collaborating external office for several insurance companies and her post as Head of Insurance in Seguros Pelayo confirms that she is a specialist in this field. She was awarded a Master in Business Law by the University of San Pablo – Abad Oliva CEU.

He became part of Domenech Delsors Law Firm in 2018. Since graduating in Labour Relations from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), he has been developing his professional career in several human resources departments of medium and large companies as a manager of human resources and social security, carrying out the entire payroll process from start to finish and advising on recruitment, implementation of collective agreements and personnel management. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management in Organizations from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF).
